The Land Use Review Division is located at the City Administration Building located at 30 S. Nevada Avenue, Suite 105. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except City holidays. The phone number is (719) 385-5905.

A "Planner in Charge" is a staff member that is available during office hours to answer questions about zoning, planning or other general questions. For the most up-to-date information, contact the Land Use Review office at 385-5905. Information available can range from zoning of a particular property to procedures to application forms or possibly referral to another person or office if necessary to better answer the question.

All files pertaining to proposed development actions are open for public inspection. No files can be taken from the office and files under current review may not always be immediately available. An individual wishing to review files for a particular development needs to provide an address, current tax schedule number or application file number. A development plan file will not always exist for every piece of property as files are only created when an action occurs at the site.
