COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Starting 8 p.m. Tuesday, through 5 a.m. Wednesday all eastbound lanes on Pikes Peak Avenue will be closed from Wahsatch Avenue to  Institute Street to relocate a waterline, one westbound lane will be open to traffic. Detours will be in place.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo – Commuters on Academy Boulevard may encounter left lane closures in each direction between Dublin Boulevard and Woodmen Road the week of March 5. The lane closures are needed for utility relocations prior to the start of major construction on the Academy Boulevard bridge crossing Cottonwood Creek.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo – The two City-operated cemeteries, Evergreen and Fairview will be cleaning up the cemetery grounds from Thursday – March 15. Prohibited items and unsightly décor will be removed from gravesites in compliance with published cemetery regulations to preserve the beauty of the grounds. During the clean-up, Christmas wreaths and other holiday items will be removed from the cemetery, along with tarnished, unsightly, sun-bleached or damaged containers or flowers.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo – Beginning Monday, the Mark Dabling Boulevard bridge over Monument Creek will be closed to all traffic for 90 days. The closure will be from just west of the Woodmen Park and Ride to approximately 100 ft. south of the bridge. The Park and Ride parking lot will be open and entrance accessible from Corporate Drive.
